SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions for the community.
SASSA will be rendering expert services which include new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency mentioned it is alarmed concerning the superior amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the substantial number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This really is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no sassa status check entirely functional office devoted to service the area each day.
